"The way the video clips are produced enabled me to make my selection for face to face meetings from a much larger candidate pool. Meaningful conversations about candidates with colleagues and the recruitment consultant were facilitated both pre- and post-meeting which further enriched the process. We did meet a couple of candidates to test that we were not being judgemental about selecting for interview based upon the video. This proved the point that first impressions do count and that when presented with people of comparable ability final selection will be determined by that wholly subjective criteria: character fit."
