How do I use the SeeV™ in my current recruiting process?

 

The SeeV™ is best used prior to first interviews. It allows you to view CV’s and other supporting information but in addition you can see & hear applicants before making decisions on first interviews.

 

What types of positions are best suited to the SeeV™?

 

The SeeV™ is best suited to any position that requires strong communication skills, positive attitude, and conviction. In our opinion this applies to just about every functional discipline for senior roles  

 

Can I choose  my own job-specific questions for the SeeV™?

 

Yes, that is one of its great benefits. You can choose which questions to ask an applicant based on the position you are hiring for. Each position can have its own set of questions. Job specific questions allow you to more finely tune your screening process ensuring you are inviting only the top applicants to first round interviews.

 

Why would I want to use the SeeV™?

 

It is sometimes difficult to fully appreciate the skills an applicant has by simply reviewing their soft copy version of a paper CV. Often, if a strong applicant has a weaker resume, you may decide not to interview. However, with the SeeV™, you have the opportunity to better evaluate the true potential of an applicant using their video/audio responses..

 

How much time do applicants have to record the video segment of their SeeV™?

 

Applicants will be given a maximum of 5 minutes to answer the designated questions. We recommend 1.5-3.5  minutes is the optimum record time.

 

How many attempts do applicants get to record the video segment of their SeeV™?

 

They actually have an unlimited number of attempts to record their answers. The downside of this is that they can appear rehearsed and the essence of spontaneity is lost. This is one reason why we recommend use of the live remote interview option using a third party.
